They can equip with straight linear triple cutting torch, infinite rotation triple cutting torch and plasma cutting torch, the elevating mechanism of the cutting torch use the ball guide rail, can realize up/down operation automatically and electrically, and the line also can be equipped with auto-ignition. |

Main features:
1. Well-versatility
It can be used in straight line and free curve cutting, it also can cut the straight-line bevel.

This machine uses unilateral drive. The weight of the main machine is light, the rigidity is well, and it has the feature of good |
dynamics. Both longitudinal and crosswise drive devices use Japanese Panasonic exchange servo-motor drive as well as precise gear and rack ceaseless transmission in mesh, and it has the function of high accuracy encoder and other functions, thus it can guarantee the precise movement of the cutting machine.
3. High quality of cutting
It has functions of keeping constant speed and kerfs compensation, so this machine has great precision, the quality of cutting surface is good.
4. High automaticity
The entire cutting process can be controlled automatically through using numerical control. The cutting and moving process include, the cutting torch drop to the working position automatically---auto-ignition---open the cutting oxygen automatically---automatic-punch---cutting automatically according to the graph which establishes in advance---close the cutting oxygen automatically after finished cutting---promoting cutting torch automatically---automatically prepare for next working operation.
5. Complete numerical control system
This machine is equipped with complete function of numerical control system; it has the manual keyboard entry, the U plate information input. Also it has the function of kerfs compensation, adding and subtracting speed automatically in the corner. |
6. Safe and reliable
The rising and falling axis of the single cutting torch is installed in the heat-resisting dust-protector, the rising and falling guide rail uses the straight line ball guide rail, increase the using time of cutting torch, and it was equipped with limit safety device.
The air system uses the import oxygen, the acetylene trachea, and the import pressure regulation valve to guarantee the air to be durable. In order to protect from fire, the security tempering stoppers are fixed in every acetylene trachea. |
